SHIPPING

General Information

Please make sure your order is correct. There are no order changes or cancellations once the order has been placed.

We do not ship to PO Boxes - please do not use PO Boxes as your delivery address or the order will not be dispatched.

We aim to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note we ship orders on working days. Orders placed over the weekend (including public holidays) will be packed and dispatched the following business day.

*All New Zealand orders are carried and shipped via NZ Post.

New Zealand:

North Island Flat rate of $5 Please allow 1-4 working days (once dispatched)
South Island Flat rate of $5 Please allow 2-5 working days (once dispatched)
Rural Deliveries Flat rate of $5

Please add an extra 1-3 days to the above time frames (once dispatched)

 

Australia:

 NZ POST NZD$10 (tracked) Please allow 3-10 working days (once dispatched)

 

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ALCORINGS@outlook.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the given address by the ALCO Rings admin.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping details (Please note the return shipping will be at your own cost). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that any exchanges that are accepted by ALCO Rings due to change of mind or incorrect purchase will result in the return shipping label be at your own cost. To avoid this, please choose carefully.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
